As a seller in the Albuquerque real estate market, you may find yourself in a situation with multiple offers on your home. Most people often think the highest offer is the best offer, but there are a lot of other things to consider in the process.

When you look at these offers, consider which ones that will close in the timeframe that you need. Which offer has the best financing, or is a cash offer? Which one has fewer closing costs? Remember, the net price is more important than just the selling price of the home. Look at other variables of the offer and consider which you are comfortable with.

Be sure to consult your real estate agent when considering offers. We’ll provide you with lots of other information like the Realtor representing the buyer, whether they are reputable, whether they pre-qualify their clients, and if they work for a reputable company. We’ve worked with agents in the past that pushed the closing date back multiple weeks, putting a lot of emotional strain on our buyer.

Thanks for watching today. If you’re thinking about selling or buying a home, please feel free to reach to us with questions or for a free consultation. We’d love to work with you.
